1. Single Session 120 per hour
- Location: In-person training at our premises
- Price: €120 per session
- What’s Included:
- 1 Hour of Personal Training tailored to your fitness goals
- Fitness Assessment (if it’s your first session)
- Personalized Workout Plan
2. 8-Session Package 90 per hour
- Price: €720 (Total for 8 sessions)
- What’s Included:
- 8 Personal Training Sessions (1 hour each)
- Full Month Workout Plans between sessions to keep you on track
- Nutrition Guidance tailored to your goals
- Fitness Assessments at the beginning and end of the program
- Location: In-person training at our premises
- Note: Save €120 compared to booking sessions individually.
3. 20-Session Package 75 per hour
- Price: €1,500 (Total for 20 sessions)
- What’s Included:
- 20 Personal Training Sessions (1 hour each)
- Comprehensive Workout Plans throughout the program
- Personalized Nutrition Advice to support your fitness journey
- Regular Fitness Assessments to track progress and adjust the program
- Location: In-person training at our premises
- Note: Save €900 compared to booking individual sessions.
Terms & Conditions:
For Under 18s: A parent or guardian must sign the contract for any individual under the age of 18.
- Training Location: All sessions are held at our premises.
- Payment Options: Payment for single sessions is due upfront. Payment for the 8-session and 20-session packages can be made in full at the time of purchase.
- Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of a session.
