coordination workouts like Boxing, motor skills, agility training, strength and endurance workouts . i focus on all theses aspects which help children to preform better in sports and in other physical activities. not only physically but mentally improvement will be also noticeable from the first month.

- 8 Personal Training Sessions (1 hour each)
- Full Month Workout Plans between sessions to keep you on track
- Nutrition Guidance tailored to your goals
- Fitness Assessments at the beginning and end of the program
- Location: In-person training at our premises
- Note: Save €240 compared to booking sessions individually.
3. 20-Session Package 80 per hour
- Price: €1,600 (Total for 20 sessions)
- What’s Included:
- 20 Personal Training Sessions (1 hour each)
- Comprehensive Workout Plans throughout the program
- Personalized Nutrition Advice to support your fitness journey
- Regular Fitness Assessments to track progress and adjust the program
- Location: In-person training at our premises
- Note: Save €800 compared to booking individual sessions.
Terms & Conditions:
For Under 18s:
A parent or guardian must sign the contract for any individual under the age of 18.
- Training Location: All sessions are held at our premises.
- Payment Options: Payment for single sessions is due upfront. Payment for the 8-session and 20-session packages can be made in full at the time of purchase.
- Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of a session.
