My Journey
My fitness journey began in my hometown, and over the years, it is taken me across the globe from Pakistan, Dubai and to Germany giving me the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients from all walks of life. Each new experience, person, and culture has shaped the way I approach training nutrition and wellness.
12 years in Dubai: The city that never stops evolving taught me the importance of adapting to different needs and staying at the forefront of fitness trends.
6 years in Germany: I worked with a wide range of individuals, from elite athletes to complete beginners, which broadened my knowledge of specialized fitness techniques and holistic health practices.
In both countries I have met countless people with varying fitness approaches and ideas. This diversity has allowed me to develop a vast understanding of health, nutrition, and fitness, which I integrate into every program I design.
